Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties The ideal candidate will excel in both clinical execution and patient experience: Clinical Excellence Conduct thorough comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical history and Good Faith Exams . Develop customized and realistic treatment plans based on patient desired outcomes and clinical best practices. Expertly administer a full range of aesthetic treatments, including: Dermal Fillers and Neuromodulators (Neurotoxins). Aesthetic Laser Therapies (experience preferred). Skin rejuvenation procedures. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide clear explanations of results, risks, and benefits. Patient Safety & Compliance Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical hygiene, meticulously preparing treatment rooms and equipment. Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal medical regulations and safety protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems (e.g., Symplast ). Client Relations & Practice Growth Demonstrate an exceptional bedside manner and professional, polished demeanor at all times. Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and available aesthetic options. Possess strong customer service, retention, and sales skills to build long-term patient relationships and contribute to practice growth. What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
