Contract through November 2026 Job Description This position offers an opportunity to support a vaccine clinical trial at a dedicated research site in Norfolk, NE. The role focuses primarily on patient enrollment activities for a vaccine study, ensuring that participants are identified, pre-screened, and scheduled efficiently while maintaining strict compliance with clinical research standards and protocols. Responsibilities Support the conduct of a clinical trial focused on a vaccine in accordance with study protocols. Perform detailed chart reviews using the electronic medical record (EMR) system to identify potential study participants who meet inclusion and exclusion criteria. Conduct pre-screening of potential participants, verifying eligibility based on medical history, current health status, and protocol-defined criteria. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for study-related visits, ensuring that participants receive timely communication and clear instructions. Manage and document patient recruitment activities, tracking outreach, responses, and enrollment status in an organized and accurate manner. Collaborate with the research team to address patient eligibility questions and resolve issues related to scheduling or documentation. Ensure that all patient information and study records are handled confidentially and accurately within the EMR and study systems. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Research Nurse or Clinical Research Coordinator. Hands-on experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for chart review and documentation. Strong ability to perform detailed chart reviews to identify eligible study participants. Demonstrated experience with pre-screening patients. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical research environment with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate patient appointments and recruitment activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Norfolk, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
