Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care, possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, and be proficient in medical documentation. This position is for our phone triage nurse.Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and triage the patient calls
- Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and provide patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
Skills:
