Schedule Flexible schedule options:

6-on/8-off or rotating set schedule. Weekend and holiday rotations every other week. All shifts are prescheduled to ensure work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $134K - $200K, experience-dependent. Potential sign-on bonus, loan repayment, and relocation assistance. 21 days PTO and 5 CME days with a $3,000 allowance. Annual salary review and potential for performance-based bonuses.
