$2200 to $2400 Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Monitor and document patient progress and promptly report changes in condition Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care guidelines Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting positive patient outcomes Requirements Active RN License in Nebraska Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current BLS Certification required ACLS Certification preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced acute care environment Proficiency with electronic medical records and nursing documentation systems Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining quality standards
