Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
MDS Coordinator must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, and have either: An Associate of Arts Degree in Nursing A Diploma from a three year program in Nursing, or A Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing and Possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire. Must be able to read and write in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for providing professional nursing care to the residents of the Coos County Nursing Home. Leads, guides, and supervises RN's, LPN's, and LNA's in coordinating and delivering resident care when applicable. Reviews all MDS Assessments, Quarterly Summaries and Care Plans for completeness. The professional nurse follows established policies and procedures of the facility, collaborates with the DNS/Interdisciplinary Team in the management of the nursing units.
Pay:
$30.60 - $33.43 per hour
