Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Float Pool RN to provide exceptional care within a dynamic healthcare environment. In this contract role, you'll utilize your diverse clinical expertise across medical-surgical and telemetry units while supporting patient care initiatives. This position offers a rotating shift schedule, with options for days or nights, allowing for flexibility to meet your needs.
Schedule:
Rotating shifts Both day and night shifts available
Qualifications:
Active RN license Proficiency in Med Surg, Telemetry, and RN Tele roles Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
COVID-19
vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered per facility guidelines) Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to float between Med Surg and Telemetry units as needed
Role Overview:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding promptly to critical changes Implement physician orders, administer medications, and provide bedside patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans Accurately document all assessments and interventions according to policy Adapt to varying unit assignments within the float pool based on facility needs
