Key Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license BLS and ACLS certification required Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting Proficiency with pre-op, intra-op, and post-op CVOR patient care Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic surgical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Circulate and assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures Monitor and document patient status throughout the perioperative process Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff for optimal patient outcomes Support a safe and sterile surgical environment Educate patients and families on cardiovascular procedures and postoperative care
