1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring an active NH or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of acute care telemetry experience. Details Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in an acute care hospital setting Night shift schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM- 7:15 AM, 3 shifts per week Every other weekend required No on-call requirements Floating may be required to sister campuses in Laconia, NH and Franklin, NH Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted (local pay rate applies) Requirements Active NH RN license or compact RN license — must be in hand at time of consideration; temporary licenses are not accepted Minimum 1 year of PCU or telemetry experience in an acute care setting RRT certification required Valid driver's license with address matching demographics on file Copies of current certifications required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Weekly orientation provided 3 professional references required upon commitment (2 must be from leadership — manager or charge RN; no peers or coworkers) Former permanent staff may return as a traveler after a minimum 12-month break in service RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration; the July 4th holiday weekend cannot be approved 13-week contract
