The Registered Nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team, providing clinical oversight and supervision of telemetry-monitored exercise sessions . The RN plays a key role in patient safety, individualized care planning, and ongoing assessment throughout the rehabilitation process. In addition, the RN delivers evidence-based education and counseling related to lifestyle modification and cardiovascular risk reduction, both in group classes and individual sessions . Participation in community outreach, educational lectures, and wellness-focused initiatives is encouraged, supporting the program's mission to promote long-term heart health beyond the clinical setting.
