Riverbend Community Mental Health—one of New Hampshire's premier providers of behavioral health—is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient clinical team in Franklin, NH. What You'll Do:
Provide Expert Clinical Care:
Deliver direct nursing services in an outpatient behavioral health setting, focusing on both mental and physical well-being. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical testing. Collaborate with
Specialists:
Partner closely with Psychiatrists, Psychiatric APRNs, and fellow nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Coordinate Holistic Health:
Act as a vital link between internal teams and external healthcare partners to ensure seamless, integrated support for every client.
Promote Recovery:
Educate and empower individuals to manage their health and improve their overall quality of life which may include providing medication management services.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
A passion for behavioral health and a "whole-person" approach to nursing care. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Previous experience in mental health or direct care setting is a plus!
What You'll Bring:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (required) Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience (required) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Experience working with individuals with psychiatric illnesses (preferred) ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (preferred)
