Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Qualifications:
Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in a school setting or with adolescents is strongly preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Commitment to student health, wellness, and confidentiality Flexibility to work per diem shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to high school students, including administering medications and treatments Assess and triage acute illnesses and injuries within the school setting Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations Support the health education needs of students, families, and staff Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a safe and healthy school environment Serve as a resource for managing chronic conditions and promoting overall wellness As part of a collaborative school health team, you'll build meaningful relationships with students while providing high-quality care in a supportive atmosphere.
