Schedule/Hours:

Rotating shifts Day and night opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license Proven experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry settings BLS certification required

COVID-19

vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Strong adaptability and a positive, collaborative approach to patient care Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care as part of the float pool Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to patient needs Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility guidelines Flex between Med Surg and Telemetry units to support staffing and deliver high-quality care
