Required Qualifications & Experience:
Valid RN license, eligible for practice in NH Minimum of 2 years CVOR RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Familiarity with cardiac surgical procedures and sterile techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of cardiovascular operating room care before, during, and after procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams Anticipate and address patient and physician needs in a fast-paced setting Ensure adherence to strict infection control and patient safety protocols Maintain accurate documentation of intraoperative activities
