Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Accurately administer medications and monitor patient responses Perform thorough patient assessments and document care using electronic health records Provide education and support to patients and their families during hospitalization
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
