Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Nurse supporting middle school students in a dynamic academic setting. This full-time, onsite position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 17, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Registered Nurse licensure in New Hampshire (NH RN License required) Department of Education School Nurse certification is mandatory Experience with school-age children, preferably in a school setting District-specific fingerprints must be completed before assignment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to a busy school environment and handle a variety of health concerns Comfortable with Zoom for initial interview process
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care, including managing chronic conditions, first aid, and emergency response Support students with individualized health plans Administer medications and perform health screenings as required Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow staff on student health needs Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations Participate in health education initiatives within the school community
