Qualifications & Experience:
Current and active RN license Minimum 1 year of current Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care for a diverse adult patient population in a medical-surgical unit Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses Effectively coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
