Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in New Hampshire or compact state Minimum of 2 years' Operating Room experience as a circulating nurse Strong intrapersonal and communication skills for patient advocacy and teamwork BLS and ACLS certifications required Scrub experience a plus (not mandatory) Ability to think quickly and remain calm in urgent situations
Responsibilities:
Monitor patient status pre- and intra-operatively, ensuring safety and comfort Assist surgical team by managing sterile field, handling specimens, and providing critical instruments Meticulously document procedures and coordinate post-op care Uphold strict aseptic techniques and facility protocols to guarantee high standards of patient care
