Local PPW $1600/40 hrs (Local $40/hr); Travel PPW $1600/40 hrs (Travel $40/hr)
Requirements:
Valid, active Registered Nurse (RN) state license. BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients under facility protocols and provider orders. Perform comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications. Continuously monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical status. Maintain accurate, timely patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety procedures.
