Position Summary :
Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN LTC with the ability to remain calm under pressure. RN LTC Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Assesses residents' health status, administers medications and treatments, and develops individualized care plans. Collaborates with physicians, healthcare teams, residents, and families to deliver quality care. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies while promoting a supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' health and monitor vital signs. Administer medications and treatments. Coordinate with the healthcare team and families. Maintain patient records and follow care policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Experience BLS from
AHA. COVID
card or Medical / Religious Exemption. Active RN State license
