Integrative Nutrition Health Coach / Registered Nurse

GrassRoots Functional Medicine is seeking a passionate, growth-minded RN, certified health coach, or credentialed nutritionist to join our team in West Lebanon, NH. We are a root-cause focused functional medicine practice specializing in complex chronic conditions including Lyme disease, hormone dysfunction, gut health, chronic fatigue, and metabolic health. Our mission is to provide patients with personalized, proactive care that addresses the underlying causes of illness — not just symptoms. We are looking for someone who genuinely lives the functional medicine lifestyle and is passionate about helping patients transform their health through clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and personalized care. This is an in-person position only. No remote or hybrid opportunities are available.

Qualifications:

RN, certified health coach, or credentialed nutritionist Formal training and/or certification in integrative or functional nutrition/coaching required Strong understanding of therapeutic nutrition approaches including ketogenic, elimination, AIP, low-FODMAP, and other clinical nutrition strategies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Independent, reliable, and self-motivated Passionate about functional and integrative medicine Growth-oriented mindset with interest in continued learning and professional development

Preferred Interests/Experience:

Functional medicine and root-cause care IV therapy Peptide protocols Aesthetics and wellness services Health coaching and patient accountability
