Schedule/Hours:
Travel-based assignment with flexible shifts as required by the facility
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient responses Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health staff to optimize care Educate patients and families on treatment and preventive care Support safe and positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment
