Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license 1+ year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred BLS certification required (ACLS preferred) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities Adaptability and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate care plans Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
