Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive patient care before, during, and following surgical procedures Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and surgical technologists Maintain rigorous adherence to aseptic technique and safety standards Document accurately and promptly throughout the perioperative process Support patient advocacy and comfort in high-pressure situations Participate in ongoing education, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Valid RN license At least one year of recent OR experience preferred ACLS and BLS certifications required Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Calm under pressure and effective within collaborative team settings
