We're looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate travel opening in Lebanon, NH. The right RN should have 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Read below for more requirements. As an RN in Long-term care, you will oversee and provide nursing care to residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or rehabilitation needs. You will coordinate care, supervise nursing staff, and work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote resident health and quality of life. As an RN, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities
  • Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences
  • Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting.
Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and be eligible for State licensure. Additional certifications may be required. RNs in long-term care should be compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex patient needs in a team-focused environment. Additional Information Help for Additional Information.
