Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

$0.70/mile for distance covered from office to patient home visits and in between patient home appointmentsUnit:
Home Setting Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8.00 am- 5.

40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, No weekends, No holidays, No callPosition Requirements:
Registered Nurse experience: 1.5 to 2 years- Required Current experience Home Health RN experience: 1.5 years
- Required Prior Hospice experience in addition to home health experience
- Preferred Prior Med Surg experience
- Preferred Must have valid
Driver's License and Personal Auto Insurance Education, License and Certification Requirements:
RN License for State of NH or Compact- Required BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross

Provide all aspects of nursing care for home health patient case load assigned. Complete assessments and tailored plan of care for both Home Health and Hospice patients. Care for patients at all stages of life in the comfort of their own homes. Work as part of multi-disciplinary team and maintain a high level of autonomy Complete documentation as assigned.
