What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in New Hampshire 1+ years of nursing experience (preferably in home health or hospice) Strong clinical assessment skills and autonomy in practice Excellent communication and patient-focused approach
Preferred:
Experience in home health or hospice settings Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and work independently About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Littleton, NH, providing essential home health and hospice services.
