Londonderry/Manchester area No Weekends Guaranteed 40 hours We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join this respected Home Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various nursing practices. Prior RN Home Health experience is required. This role requires the ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple tasks, and provide high-quality care to patients across different settings. Covering:

Londonderry area 58-60 per hour based on experience . •Please note- we pay hourly, so drive time is paid in addition to mileage•Monday- Friday NO weekends We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to join our team. As a nurse on our team, the RN will work with the most experienced and supportive team. We offer the highest rates and support for our nurses. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform various nursing procedures, including IV insertion, catheterization, and wound care. •Must be proficient with IV and blood draws. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of

NH MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices. Previous experience in Home Health required IV Skills Blood Draws Ability to perform procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and airway management. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care.
