Pediatric Registered Nurse- One on One Home care

Pediatric RN/LPN Needed Team Select Home Care is seeking a dedicated and highly engaged RN or LPN to provide skilled one-on-one care for a pediatric client in the home and community setting. We're looking for a nurse who is proactive, confident working independently, and committed to providing exceptional care while supporting the patient's safety, development, and overall well-being.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Tracheostomy Care Ventilator Management & Troubleshooting G-Tube Management Pediatric Respiratory Care Skilled Nursing Assessments & Critical Thinking Emergency Airway Management Behavioral Support & Patient Safety Home Care or Private Duty Nursing Experience Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license Current BLS certification (PALS preferred) Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong communication and documentation skills
