We have a high-priority opportunity for a Registered Nurse to support a medically fragile student in a school-based setting in Hillsborough County, NH . This is a very special assignment -ideal for nurses with critical care experience who are looking for a rewarding role during school hours.

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and manage students with chronic health conditions Administer first aid, medications, and emergency care when needed Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as district health policies Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' health concerns, treatments, and follow-ups Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and staff to support student wellness and academic success

Qualifications:
