In person Join Specialty Management LLC as a Nurse Supporting an Ambulatory Surgery Center Customer Specialty Management LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and versatile Registered Nurse to support one of our ambulatory surgery center customers, Pain Surgery Center , located in Newington, New Hampshire. This full-time role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a hands-on clinical environment, procedural care, and direct patient interaction. The nurse will support patient care in both the ambulatory surgery center setting and the PACU during the day shift. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Summary The Nurse will assist with pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing pain management procedures. This role includes monitoring patients recovering from anesthesia, supporting clinical workflows, educating patients and families, and collaborating closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing pain management procedures Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia in the PACU Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, monitoring, and patient education Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation Support patient safety, infection control, and quality care standards Assist with clinical workflow needs in a small ASC environment as needed Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire BLS certification required ACLS certification required PACU, perioperative, ambulatory surgery center, procedural, or recovery room experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care Candidate Fit This position is a strong fit for a nurse who enjoys procedural care, patient recovery, and working as part of a close-knit clinical team.
