$39/hour midpoint) Comprehensive benefits package available About the Role As a Pediatrics Office Nurse, you will play an essential role in delivering compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients while supporting a collaborative care team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer medications and treatments per protocol Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate families on health, development, and preventive care Support and guide LPNs and Medical Assistants in daily clinical operations Advocate for patients and ensure compassionate, high-quality care Maintain compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards Engage in ongoing professional development Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or Compact License accepted) BLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required Prior nursing experience required (no new graduates) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Willingness to relocate or commute to New Hampshire (serious applicants only) Benefits Package Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Options Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Company-Paid Life Insurance (2x annual salary) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 403(b) Retirement Plan Tuition Reimbursement (up to $4,000/year for full-time employees) Accident, Critical Illness, and Identity Theft Insurance Options Optional supplemental life insurance for employee, spouse, and child Why This Opportunity?
