Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent acute care Med-Surg experience BLS certification (required) Excellent clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and collaboration in a team environment Proficiency in electronic medical records systems preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Monitor and document patient responses to interventions Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care Maintain accurate, timely patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
