Qualifications:

Current, active RN license Minimum 1 year Operating Room RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, expert nursing care in the Operating Room environment Prepare surgical suites, supplies, and assist during procedures Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff Ensure meticulous adherence to safety protocols and infection control Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
