Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of two years of recent CVOR nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong knowledge of sterile technique and CVOR procedures Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Able to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff Monitor patient status pre- and post-surgery, ensuring safe outcomes Maintain and ensure compliance with infection control protocols Accurately document all patient care activities Respond rapidly to emergencies and evolving surgical needs
