Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and implement physician orders Monitor and document patient status, including assessments, vitals, and responses to medications or treatment Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and at-home recovery strategies Adhere to facility policies, infection control standards, and best practices in patient safety
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a medical-surgical setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments Exceptional communication and organizational abilities BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
