- Life Insurance Pay Rate based on experience: LPN Rate starting at $48 an hour RN Rate starting at $55 an hour We have a dedicated team to provide you with the support to perform your duties even better!
- 1 year experience as an LPN/RN
- Proof of physical within the last year
- TB Test (Two-step, X-Ray or Blood Draw)
- Two valid forms of I.D.
- Covid-19 Vaccinated (Both Shots)/ Medical or Religious exemption
