Qualifications:
Active RN license At least one year recent experience in a CVOR setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care protocols Solid critical thinking and rapid response skills Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care throughout CVOR procedures Collaborate closely with surgical team members for optimal patient outcomes Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring safety and effective pain management Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards Document patient responses and interventions accurately Assist in the education of patients and families regarding pre- and post-operative care
