Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in New Hampshire At least 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing role Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills BLS certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS preferred Proven ability to thrive in new environments and collaborate with varied teams
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, patient-centered care to adult med-surg patients Conduct regular patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care Accurately document patient status in electronic medical records Adhere to facility protocols and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
