Key Qualifications:
Current RN license (compact or state-specific as required) Experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities BLS certification (other certifications a plus) Adaptability in fast-paced settings with diverse caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate MS care to diverse adult patients Coordinate and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and vital signs Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance standards Respond effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing situations
