Responsibilities:

The nurse is responsible for creating an environment of resident-centered care; ensuring regulatory requirements are met; monitoring, assessing, and addressing the licensed nurse aide compliance with their job responsibilities; fostering the team environment and a positive culture; and providing/ensuring continual delivery of high quality care.

Qualifications and Skills:

NH RN/LPN

License, active and in good standing Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is required Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to multi task and prioritize Strong clinical experience About us: Salemhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Services is an independent 110 bed not for profit long-term and short-term skilled nursing facility conveniently located in a beautiful country setting in Salem, NH.
