RN Pay Range:

We are opening a brand-new short-term rehabilitation unit and are looking for compassionate RNs to help shape the culture, care experience, and success of this growing team from day one. Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility, providing short-term rehab and long-term care. +$2 weekdays / +$3.50 weekends Exciting growth is happening at Warde Senior Living! As we prepare to open our new short-term rehabilitation unit, we are looking for caring and motivated RNs to join our team.
Job Responsibilities Comprehensive Care:
Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
Care Coordination:
Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
Supervision:
Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Long-term care experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
