Test Position 1 Be the First to Apply Job Description The Test Position 1 is an integral part of our nursing team, providing direct patient care and support to our healthcare facility. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient health, vital signs, and overall well-being. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Provide emotional support and educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress notes. Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care, IV administration, and patient assessments. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols. Respond promptly to patient calls and address their needs with compassion and professionalism. Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, as per state regulations. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role. Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and patient needs. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software. CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with nursing advancements.
