This role is also commonly called the Director of Patient Services in many home health agencies. The Clinical Director oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the home health department and helps ensure quality patient care, compliance, and staff support.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state At least 2 years of current or recent home health experience Experience treating Medicare patients in the home setting Strong OASIS documentation skills Management experience in any healthcare setting Experience with Homecare Homebase software preferred

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
