RN Mercer Home Health - 4.0 Bordentown, NJ Job Details Per diem 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation RN License Computer literacy Computer skills Full Job Description Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team is responsible for direct patient care. There is an option for the Part-time/ Per Diem RN to case manage as well. The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; a minimum of 1 years home healthcare or equivalent experience (medical surgical care), excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills. This position may be weekend to perform starts of care / admissions and is flexible with hours desired. Job Requirements Must have a current NJ RN License Excellent clinical skills Knowledge of current clinical practices Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills Basic Computer skills Available for weekend, holiday rotations
