• 5:00 PM About the Role This position sits within a Neuroscience Institute , supporting a pipeline of upcoming stroke and device clinical trials .

You'll play a key role in bridging research and clinical care—working closely with ED, stroke unit, and Neuro ICU teams to identify and guide eligible patients into trials. This is a research-focused RN role with some clinical components—ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of coordination, critical thinking, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Support clinical trial execution from start to finish Assist with IRB submissions , protocol development, and informed consent processes Identify, screen, and recruit eligible patients Perform clinical assessments and support medication administration as needed Ensure all study documentation meets regulatory (IRB/FDA) compliance Collaborate with research coordinators, administrators, and nurse leaders Educate frontline nursing teams on active trials and eligibility criteria Requirements BSN required , MSN preferred 4-5 years of clinical research experience Experience in an academic medical center strongly preferred Active NJ RN license

CRC/CRCC
