Role:
Silver Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As a key member of our Ventilator Care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care to ventilator-dependent patients, including assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform clinical decisions Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and professional development
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey Strong understanding of ventilator care principles and practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
