as a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) for the position of Director of Nursing (DON) in Chester, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Conduct patient assessments and monitor health progress. Provide training and support to nursing staff and caregivers. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure quality service delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Foster a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
