Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm welcome to clients, creating a calming atmosphere where they feel pampered and at ease. Offer guidance on our diverse treatments, including IV therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy, while recommending additional services to enhance their experience. Monitor patient vitals to ensure safety and comfort during treatments. Create and administer personalized IV infusions tailored to each client's needs. Provide expert care while starting and maintaining IV access, ensuring clients' comfort throughout their infusion. Safely perform IM injections and blood draws for weight loss and hormone therapy clients. Offer house calls for clients in need of at-home treatments. Communicate the benefits of our therapies and help clients understand how to enhance their wellness. Collaborate with management on inventory needs and treatment plans. Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring everyone leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for.

What We're Looking For:

A solid clinical background with experience in starting IVs. Must be a "good stick"! Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to connect with clients and make them feel comfortable and valued. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Attention to detail, ensuring that every treatment is handled with precision and care. A compassionate nature with a commitment to respecting patient confidentiality. A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred

License/Certification:

RN and BLS Certification (required)

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in nursing (preferred)

$35-$40/hour + tips (based on customer experiences)

Expected Hours:

PRN (Schedule based on availability; monthly schedule)
