Schedule/Hours:

4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (7:00AM - 5:30PM) One weekend on-call per month (36 hours: 24 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license in the State of New Jersey Minimum of 3 years' experience scrubbing and circulating in the Operating Room Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) with Orthopedic Spine, robotics, and trauma patient care Up-to-date BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform scrubbing and circulating duties for a diverse range of surgical procedures with consistent attention to safety and best practices Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the highest level of perioperative care Provide expert care for orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma patients Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established policies and procedures Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required
